The On The Track Lodge is where we will be staying and will be where the party is on Saturday afternoon/evening! There are two chalets, two ends of a train carriage and a Yurt that sleeps 6 in bunks. So a total of 19 people in beds.
We have booked the whole place from Friday 9th to Monday 12th February and are placing mainly family and friends who’ve come from overseas here:

Camping
The owners have also very kindly allowed us to have a further ~20 people in tents on the site, and able to use the facilities. We thought this would suit all the families with young children who wouldn’t want to be far away!
They are charging us $25 per person for campers – we’re just counting adults! The main issue is that we’ll all be sharing the 5 toilets and 3 showers, and the water supply is limited, so we need to bear that in mind!
